When you have a major University, such as the University of Texas, there will always be developers that will make sure there is a condominium project close to the university for student housing. There are several condominium options near the University of Texas campus here in Central Austin. There is a UT shuttle bus that makes living in these condos fairly convenient for the students. Lots of them are within walking distance of the campus. As would be expected, the condominiums near campus rent very easily and they will hold their value as a great investment.
