Josh Willis, BrokerJosh was raised in the town of Wimberley, only 30 minutes southwest of Austin. His love for Austin and its surrounding hill country is what brought Josh into Real Estate. Josh began his career in the homebuilding industry in 1998, then ventured into sales after receiving his degree in Computer Science, and becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. His vast knowledge and understanding of home construction and the Austin Real Estate market, makes him an excellent resource for his clients, whether buying or selling. In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing soccer, swimming in one of the many rivers and lakes around Austin, kayaking, and spending time with family.
Jennifer Welch, RealtorWith Jennifer- its everything for the home. From Real Estate sales, Interior Decorating to staging, Jennifer has been serving the Central Texas area since 1988, and in Real Estate since 2004. She has vast knowledge in HUD - Foreclosures, New Home Sales and Re-Sales. Jennifer knows the Austin area well and has been a resident since 1974. Her keen eye for property, design and her desire to really serve the buyer/seller is evident in what she does. Jennifer has 5 kids, and 2 grandsons. She is a certified scuba diver, loves the ocean and snow skiing. The outdoors is her playground! With Jennifer, relationships are more important than money and she will treat you - the property buyer with great respect. Jennifer believes in the golden rule to treat others as she would like to be treated.
